• Stripe fabric in a yellow, orangey red, white and blue
• Stiff waistband
• Pleated to create fullness
• Full length
• Lined in silk
• Built in petticoat underneath to keep fullness and shape
• Made from a light weight pure silk with a slight sheen, with the petticoat being made from quite stiff net
• Fastens with a hidden zip to the back and a slide hook
• Caroline Charles London label to the inside

There are a few faults so it is not perfect but due to the print, it is not hugely noticeable.
The waistband has been extended at the back to a good standard but the stripes do not match up. A couple of tiny holes to the band that looks to be from a skirt hanger clip.
There is a couple of small dark marks to the side of the dress, and some to the front from food/drink splashes.
There are a few pulls to the silk in a couple of places.
