Orders & Delivery
Final UK order date for Christmas post: 17th December.
All UK orders placed before the Christmas cut off will receive a free upgrade to 1st Class Signed For and UK orders over £25 will receive free Honeykins gift wrap.
Any orders placed after 17th December will be shipped on 3rd January 2024, and will not get the above freebies.
Please keep an eye out for your tracking number email in your junk folder. We have no control over our parcels once they leave our hands, and there is postal delays due to the increased work load at the moment, so please be patient.
International orders may not make it for Christmas, and will not receive free upgrades or free gift wrap.
We can accept all debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Local Delivery - LE15 Postcode
We offer local delivery within the LE15 postcode for a flat rate of £2.50.
Please include an email or mobile number so we can organise a drop off time with you and ensure the address is correct as re-delivery will incur a further delivery charge. We will only leave a parcel with a neighbour if it is specified when ordered.
Local delivery is processed and delivered within two working.
Orders & Postage
All orders will be processed and posted within 2-3 working days of payment being confirmed.
UK orders are sent Signed For 2nd Class delivery, with International orders being sent International Tracked and Signed. Please give an address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. All items will be sent with adequate insurance to cover the item should it be lost or damaged in transit. We charge the postage based on the price of your total order. All tracking information will be sent to you after the parcel has been shipped.

All international (out of the UK) postage is based on four stages of item cost:

If you are unsure of the cost of postage to your country, or require a more specific shipping quote for International sales do please get in touch. We are limited in the shipping options on the website so are happy to look into post options for you.

Please be aware we do not send to PO boxes as it can cause issues when a signature is not obtained upon delivery. We also do not ship to shipping intermediaries.

These are calculated from the day your item is confirmed as posting, not from your order date. Please allow these times to pass before contacting us with missing parcel queries.
Customs & Tax
Please be aware that we are based in the United Kingdom, and we do not cover any customs or tax charges that may be added to the order after it has been posted. We do not control the amount added and can't estimate these for you, and they will need to be paid by you. Failure to pay these will result in the item being returned to us, where we will deduct any charges attached to the item and refund the amount minus any postage we have paid. If an item is destroyed due to failure to pay customs or no collection on the customers part, we will not offer refunds.
