Payments

We can accept all debit and credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Orders & Postage

Please be aware that during the Covid-19 pandemic there may be delays to all postage times due to increased demand and staff shortages. Do allow for a little extra time for your parcel to arrive.

If you require an item sooner, do please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed. Our postage days are Wednesday and Friday, and we use Royal Mail. 

Most UK orders will be sent Second Class Signed For (orders over £100 are sent Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm) and all International orders are sent International Tracked &/or Signed, so please give an address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel. All items will be sent with adequate insurance to cover the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Costs:

For postage we charge based on the price of your total order.

For the UK:

Up to £20: £4.35

Up to £50: £5.20

Up to £100: £6.00

Up to £500: £9.95

We can upgrade to First Class Delivery or Next Day Delivery for UK orders, do get in touch before ordering to tell us how quickly you require the item. 

 

All international (out of the UK) postage is based on four stages of item cost:

up to £20 / up to £50 / up to £100 / up to £250.

EU Countries: £10.85 / £13.75 / £17.55 / £21.20

USA (Zone 3): £13.50 / £21.85 / £29.95 / £39.20

Rest of Americas, Africa, Middle & Far East, Asia (Zone 1): £13.20 / £19.75 / £25.20 / £31.35

Oceania (Zone 2): £14.95 / £22.35 / £28.20 / £36.65

Any tracking information will be sent to you once the parcel has been shipped, please keep this information as it will allow you to check the status of your delivery.

If you are unsure of the cost of postage to your country, or require a more specific shipping quote for International sales do please get in touch. We are limited in the shipping options on the website so are happy to look into post options for you.

Please be aware we do not send to PO boxes as it can cause issues when a signature is not obtained upon delivery. We also do not ship to shipping intermediaries.

Please be aware that these are estimates and we are not responsible for Royal Mail or International post delays.

UK: 2-5 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

North America, Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 5-7 business days

These are calculated from the day your item is confirmed as posting, not from your order date. Please allow these times to pass before contacting us with missing parcel queries.

Customs & Tax

Please be aware that we are based in the United Kingdom, and we do not cover any customs or tax charges that may be added to the order after it has left us. We do not control the amount added and can't estimate these for you, and they will need to be paid by you. Failure to pay these will result in the item being returned to us, where we will deduct any charges attached to the item and refund the amount minus any postage we have paid. 

Order Pick-Up

Honeykins Vintage now offers in-store pick up from our Oakham studio.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email and we will be in touch with pick up days and times available.

Please be aware that your order will need to be collected within 10 days of you receiving your confirmation email. 

Local Delivery

Honeykins Vintage now offers local delivery within the LE15 postcode, so for a flat rate of £2.50 you can now have vintage brought direct to your door!

Local delivery will be on a Thursday after 4pm, and the deadline for orders is 12pm on Thursday. If you require delivery sooner, please contact us before placing your order to arrange. 

Please ensure the address is correct as re-delivery will incur a further delivery charge. We will only leave an order with a neighbour if it is specified upon order.
