A classic dress; polka dot in navy and white! By Wendy in the late 1970s early 1980s and made from a soft cotton, it has some snazzy contrast detailing on the neckline and waist that elevates it. The puff sleeves are big and perfect, balanced by the A-line skirt with your waist being picked out by the contrasting white tie. It would look fab with some white Converse for day, and those classic white stilettos for night.
