The 1980s really were the decade for some pretty avant garde fashion design, and Frank Usher was well known for some amazing design detailing. This black pure wool dress is quite simple with the straight cut however, the asymmetric neck line with the poppers and red lining really elevates the look. The sleeves are probably the best I have ever seen, with pleating to the length which gives them fullness and interest. Finish this off with some red accessories to pick out those clever accents.
