1970s Egyptian Revival Scarab Beetle Ankh Necklace

From the Egyptian revival period of the 1970s, this large ankh necklace has a traditional scarab bead to the centre with colour matching beads to the surround. Made from a silver tone metal. it is very similar to one made in the Ancient Egyptian period.

• Large pendant in the shape of an ankh with raised silver beading, plastic turquoise beads and a scarab bead to the centre.
• Delicate silver coloured chain
• No fastening, designed to go over the head
• There is a small amount of discolouration of the chain from wear, and a little yellowing to one bead which looks to be from glue from a previous repair.
