Seen all over the catwalks, the boiler suit has become a style staple in many wardrobes, but not many have the real deal. From the 1980s, this red jumpsuit is the muse behind the newer ones all the fashion houses have gone mad for. Made to be worn looser on the top with slimmer fitting trousers, this has a laid back vibe that screams 80s. The detailing on the shoulders, the quilted front and the pulled in waist is what we expect from the era when power shoulders and a sport edge was key. To modernise, wear with white trainers or chunky boots, a white tee underneath and the trousers rolled up. I promise it will soon become a go to in your wardrobe as it is so comfy and easy to wear!

• Looser fit top, which when the belt is tied on the natural waist, gives a more blouson top
• V-shaped quilted section to the front of the boiler suit
• Small collar
• Ribbed section to the top of the sleeves, with fold back quilted shoulder and poppered epaulets
• Long sleeves, with ribbed cuffs
• Deep pockets to the hips, with ribbed edging
• Matching attached fabric belt to the waist, with belt loops
• Tapered legs

• Fastens with poppers to the front
• Andarro label to the pocket

• Made from a light weight soft cotton
• There is an all over fade to the boiler suit from use and washing, which is more faded on the shoulders, the belt and pockets. There is slight bobbling to the ribbing on the pockets and cuffs. The elastic on the inside waist is not as springy as it once was. All shown in photos
