Well if you ever needed a dress with strutting power, this would be it! From the late 1960s early 1970s, this monochrome maxi dress has a fabulous caped overskirt that flows from the empire waistline, creating a wonderful billowing as you walk along. The large bold print is daring and perfect nod to the Op Art of the time, and is just gagging for the addition of a set of bright coloured accessories to finish of this fab outfit.

• Fabulous 'cape' overskirt that flows from the empire waistline, wafting as you walk
• Large monochrome floral and swirl print
• Black bow to the front on the waist
• Sleeveless, fitted bodice with darts to the bust and scooped neckline
• Overskirt is not attached to the bottom of the zip
• Matching chiffon sash to the waist with belt loops
• Fastens using a metal zip to the back, Aero brand, and a hook and loop to the top
• Top lined in an acetate lining
• Made from mid weight polyester knit, and lined with acetate
• Frederick Howard of London label to the back, with the Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge label to the other side
• There is a a small pin head hole to the back of one shoulder and a slight staining the the lining under the pits, which is hidden when worn. The bottom of the skirt looks a little browner than the rest of the dress, which appears to be a fading to the dye as the white is not affected. This is probably an age issue and I would consider this to not be massively noticeable.
