Light blue 1960s cotton work wear jacket and trouser utility set made by Canbea, Spain. Hard-wearing and perfectly distressed, this suit is a comfy and stylish change to the boiler suit or dungarees, and gives you far more options in styling. This set looks good worn together, separate, loose or belted, and I have shown it with the sleeves and trouser rolled up as it gives the set a structured vibe. It may be from the 60s, but we have seen utility wear like this on the modern catwalks. Flattering and androgynous, cool and edgy, pop on some chunky boots or heels and you are ready to go.

• Classic light blue distressed work wear set
• Notched collar
• No fastening to the jacket
• Drop shoulder seams give the jacket a slouched look
• One breast pocket and two hip pockets on the jacket
• There are flaps in the shoulders of the jacket with pockets, which I imagine would have been stuffed with pads if a more structured look was required
• Side pockets to the trousers
• Waistband is firm to front with an elasticated back, and a cross over pointed 'belt' to the front with two purple buttons
• Trousers are cut in a tapered style with volume to the hips for ease of movement
• Made from a mid-weight soft cotton
• Unlined
• Canbea Spain label to the back of the jacket and trousers
• There is a light stain to one sleeve by the seam, and the set is slightly faded and rubbed from use along the seams and folds. This is not a fault, just a wonderful character of vintage work wear. This is shown in photos.
• Care/composition: no labels
