1960s Brick Red Air Ceylon Mini Suitcase

Going away for the weekend? This is the bag for you! Originally a small carry on meant for air stewardesses I believe, the 1960s Air Ceylon suitcase fits everything you need for a night or two away. A little bruised from its previous life of travel, it is lined in a lovely vintage patterned paper and has a comfy little handle for ease of carrying. I think it would be great finished off with a vintage suitcase strap and lock for safety. 

• Red hard outer case with yellow 'Air Ceylon' logo in yellow to a corner
• Plastic red top grab handle
• Brass tone clasps to close, key holes but no key
• Made from a hard plastic that could be a fibreglass
• Brass tone hinges and studs to the bottom
• One large compartment
• Lined in patterned paper
• There are marks to the outside of the case, which is expected from age and use. There is also some marks and a rip to the lining on the inside. All shown in photos
