Bright aqua blue 1960s linen summer dress with a cute little button and a large inverted box pleat to the front - the perfect sunshine dress for the Mod loving 60s girl! This is the right amount of cute and classy, the little button and patch pockets adding a little fun to the feminine well tailored dress. The pleat is wonderfully large, adding not only extra inches for ease of walking but also a style statement with its precision fold. The colour is bright and eye-catching, perfect for wearing in the sun as you will certainly pop with such a bright hue. Wear with white accessories for a classic vibe, or mix with a mustard for a more edgy look, or if you are off to the beach you could add touches of red for a brighter nautical option. Perfectly colourful and classy, now we just need the sunshine!

• Bright aqua blue colour
• Large inverted box pleat to the front of the skirt
• Shallow rounded square neck
• Two functioning patch pockets to the front
• Large button to the navel, above the pleat
• Large darts to the front, and one to the bust for fitting
• Designed to fit at the bust and waist, then flare out at the hip
• Fastens with a blue coloured metal zip to the back, Lightening brand
• Sleeveless - there is a light blue ribbon trim to the inside to help the armholes hold their shape
• Made from a mid-weight linen fabric which feels like a hessian due to the slubs in the weave and the texture. I would wear a slip underneath as my sensitive skin found this a little rough, but that is personal choice
• Unlined
• Large hem should a couple more inches be needed
• There is natural slubs found in the fabric, the most noticeable of which I have shown in the last image which is on the front right pleat
• Care/composition: no labels
