1950s Pink Novelty Print Moonlight Serenade Silk Scarf
I really can't resist a novelty print, even when it is a little wounded, and this 1950s scarf showing a romantic moonlight serenade is just gorgeous. In bubble gum pink fine silk, a man is playing a lute to his love interest on a balcony surrounded by the musical notes he is playing. Just adorable! Yes it has been loved and is showing some signs of shattering, but this is still so sweet and could have many more years of love ahead of it; why note frame it to conserve its story?
• Novelty print of a moonlight serenade, with a man playing a lute under a lamp post singing to a woman on a balcony, with a border of musical notes
• Bubble-gum pink background with black and white details
• Made from fine semi sheer silk
• Hand rolled edge
• The silk has begun to shatter, mainly around the edges. Shown in photos. I would advise not buying this if you like your vintage perfect
